World-cup fever

Dari Ulm Hauptbahnhof (HBf - main train station) membeli Bayern ticket utk menaiki train Regional EXpress (RE) menuju München Hbf. Sesaknya train tersebut, sesak lagi München HBf dengan pengunjung dr seantero dunia. masing2 disitu ada satu tujuan; menyesakkan bandar München x kira la kat mana pun. yg ada tiket pi masuk stadium Allianz Arena, yg xde tiket pi menyesakkan Olympia Stadium, kedai2 bar dan di mana2 tempat yg ada TV screen besau.
AKU?? hehehhe, aku termasuk dlm kategori yg last iaitu menyibuk kat kedai bar utk 1st half n kat train station msa 2nd half... huhuhu, jadilah, dpt gak bersorak ramai2 dgn german n mexican

Bunga-bungaan di Friedrichshafen

Waktu: Sabtu 29 April lepas tengok pameran tuning kereta
Suasana: Windy, mendung, baru lepas gerimis,
Perasaan: kenyang sokmo selepas makan steak yg halal
Komen: huhu.. banyak betui tulip di Friedrichshafen, dah tak perlu utk ke Amsterdam sekadar nak menikmati keindahan tulip. Subhanallah, cantik sgt2.. ditambah dgn kedudukan Friedrichshafen yang dipisahkan daripada Switzerland dengan Bodensee (lake Konstanz). Timbul rasa dengki mcm nak cabut n tanam semula kat umah jek.

Harga tiket masuk: 8.50 Euro for student
kucari cari keta proton, namun xde jugak.. as expected lah. overall: hebat gak pameran tuning keta nih, yg agak hampehnya cuma standard tuning jek yg ada.. kalo compare dgn bodykit bodykit yg boleh didapati di M'sia kalah lah keta2 kat sini. there's no single car yang pakai NOS, yg pakai turbo intercooler pun kecik2 sebesar bungkusan biskut Munchy jek. ye lah, diorang ni kan ada budget besar, so pakailah enjin berkapasiti besar2, tak payah turbo pun takpe... bukan macam orang kita yg ada budget kecik, so pakailah enjin kecik2 lalu dipam kuasanya semaksima mungkin. Jangan sampai tahap engine blow sudahler.
apapun semoga bahagialah isteri2 dan anak2 mereka2 yg banyak abehkan duit utk 'upgade' kereta mereka. aku di sini bahgia menaiki pengangkutan awam

The most important ball on the snooker table is the white.
It is the only one you strike with the cue and your ability to control it is vital.
And it's not just about making the pot. You have to plan ahead and manoeuvre the cue ball accurately.
SCREW AND STUN
This is the most common form of spin used by players. It's achieved by striking the lower half of the cue ball.
You can stop the cue ball dead by hitting just below centre, but if it's more backspin you're after, strike the ball lower.
Be careful not to strike too low or the cue-ball will jump and, if you really overdo it, you may even end up ripping the cloth!
As for direction, screw back in a straight line by hitting the bottom centre of the ball.
Strike the lower sides of the cue ball to send the ball left or right after impact.
SIDE SPIN
Probably the hardest technique to employ successfully - even experienced professionals have difficulty judging it - is side spin.
Side spin is used for a number of reasons, but its main job is to change the angle the cue-ball bounces off the cushion after hitting the object ball.
This is achieved by striking left or right of the centre of the cue-ball.
For example, with left side spin, the cue-ball will rebound off the cushion further to the left after hitting the object ball. And vice-versa.
Once perfected, this skill can also be used to swerve the cue-ball - sometimes required to get out of being snookered.
TOP SPIN
Striking the upper part of the cue ball causes it to travel further after impact with the object ball.
It is helpful to raise your bridge hand when playing this shot.
This will steady your aim and enables greater accuracy when striking above the centre of the white ball.
Players use this shot frequently, particularly when attempting to open a pack of reds.
Also concentrate on the follow-through of your cue after striking the ball.
It is this follow-through, combined with the power and distance between the cue ball and the object ball, that determines the amount of spin.

DI kampung Parit Lubok Darat, Semerah terletaknya teratak tempat aku membesar. Dari kecik ke besar dah dibiasakan hidup dengan bercucuk tanam, makan dari hasil kebun sendiri seperti ayam, pisang, keladi dan ubi (kalo ada semua bende ni barulah layak dinamakan kampung)
Rasa rugi lak psl masa kitorang anak beranak mencabut keladi tak terambil gambar walau satu pun.. ini je lah yg sempat aku rakamkan kenangan di kampung sewaktu balik Malaysia summer holiday yg lalu.. apalah nasib, charger bateri olympus tertinggal di Ulm.. maka terpaksalah gunakan cameraphone Nokia 6230. Kualiti gambar tak perlulah dipersoalkan, memang hampress pun... Tapi bila gambar tu dijadikan gambar hitam-putih, nampak menarik la pulak.. hilang segala kekurangan warna mahupun ketidaktajaman imej.
